Hana is one of the first restaurant on the left side after entering the food court section. There are about 10-15 Japanese restaurant within the establishment but those inside the food court area catched my attention. I was doing a quest for the best Takoyaki then and they are one of the few restaurants that offers this dish.
Well, before going to the Takoyaki verdict, We had tried some of Hana's best sellers.
This ramen dish has a very nice umami clear soup. However the noodles is just like those instant packs and the egg is well done which makes it a bit expensive for its price.
Kisu Fry is a bit ordinary and nothing so special. Don't order this!
This is while I wait for the freshly made Takoyaki.
Well I must say it's worth the wait...
My verdict about Hana's Takoyaki
- Size is a bit big. Since it's served hot (normally), you might want to take 2-3 bites each balls,
- Dressings is not so generous
- It's a pancake soft. The texture is a bit off, you might want to request for them to toast it a bit
- Price is just fair compare to other Takoyaki restaurants.
Budget - P250 - P350
Here's my ratings for the Hana as a restaurant.
