Tokwa't Baboy | What's Cooking | MarkMyName

 Dahil gusto nating manatiling safe, stay at home and cook at home muna tayo. Sharing my simple and go-to pulutan or ulam recipe -- Tokwa’t Baboy.

Gumamit ako ng Datu Puti Pinoy Spice, Spiced Tuba Vinegar.  It's naturally fermented tuba vinegar kaya guaranteed safe. It also has a perfect blend of spices kay achieve ang asim sarap to any dish. Hindi lamang pang adobo at paksiw. Pwedeng gamiting pang marinade, dipping and for cooking. Sarap neto kaya talagang mapapa-Mukhasim ka!
Here's the recipe.

For the dressing:
1 cup Datu Puti Pinoy Spice, Spiced Tuba Vinegar
1 cup Soy sauce
1 cup Red onion, minced.
4 pcs. Chili
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar

Procedure.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Slowly pour over fried pork and tofu
- Make sure all are pork and tofu are well coated with the dressing.
- Serve and enjoy!
